Looks great! Healthful food served on a reusable plate.

I hope this was PART of the lunch… Veggies are a great side dish, and kids often don’t get enough, but this alone does not contain enough protein or calories for a growing child. The key to good meals is BALANCED nutrition, not overdosing on a few “good” foods while ignoring other necessary ones.

Ah, never mind, I didn’t notice where it said it was a SNACK. As long as the meals provide the other food groups, this looks like a wonderful snack. Certainly better than the endless stream of teddy grahams they served when I was a kid!

hope care in washing these veggies was properly done before serving…

Praise the Lord for something finally served on a reusable plate and not styrofoam. Styro gives me the shivers when I touch it. I hate to think of kids eating off it every day! Ack!

Sunshine, yes! I hate that styrofoam stuff…WHY? This does look like a snack though, not a lunch.
